Students allege scam by MLM Company Quixtar

Staff members of the company Quixtar Inc., a marketing company facing multiple corruption allegations, have been targeting Boston University and Boston-area college students in attempts to recruit new members, according to recent reports.

Quixtar, based in Ada, Mich., is a multilevel marketing company that hires salespeople for its own lines of products, ranging from vitamins to cosmetics.

MLM Company Herbalife Signs 129,600-SF Build-to-Suit Deal with IDI

Herbalife signed a 10-year lease to occupy Building K at IDI's Chickasaw Distribution Center, a 4.6-million-square-foot master-planned business park. The building, now under construction at the park, will be Herbalife's regional fulfillment center. The company is scheduled to occupy the space September 1. Mike McRoskey and Frank Scott of Staubach Los Angeles and Andy Cates of Colliers Wilkinson Snowden represented Herbalife in the $6.3 million deal.
